Since the firm’s
founding, our primary focus has been defending
employer and carrier interests in Workers’ Compensation

We are actively involved in the defense and prosecution of premises liability claims including sudden falls, business practice negligence, negligent security, liquor liability, and building and municipal code violations. HR advises clients and defends corporations and individuals in all types of intentional tort claims such as intentional infliction of emotional distress, libel and slander, fraud/misrepresentation, assault and battery.

The firm offers experienced representation on construction matters of all types, including contract review and drafting, liens, payment issues, bonding, construction claims, warranty issues, commercial litigation and construction defect litigation. Longshore and Harbor Workers Act
The firm applies the same approach to defending Federal Worker's Compensation claims as we do at the state level. We offer maritime employers, carriers and third party claims administrators aggressive, cost effective representation of their interests throughout the state of Florida. Our lawyers have represented individual auto owners, independent operators, rental car companies, leasing companies, corporate fleet operators, underinsured/uninsured motorist carriers, and commercial vehicle owners in practically every type of claim involving motor vehicles.
