Hurley, Rogner, Miller, Cox, Waranch & Westcott, P.A. hosted the City Stride 5K in Baldwin Park on October 3, 2009. The firm partnered with the Mid-Florida Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and raised over $8,000 to support local programs and services for individuals with MS and their families. The firm gives credit to the sponsors, runners, donors and volunteers who helped make the first year of the event a success. Over 250 runners participated in the race, which invited people of all ages, runners, walkers, strollers and more. The firm anticipates that this annual event will generate more participants and funds to help support local causes in an effort to give back to the community.
